This is a great option for locations that have floor space considerations. My only caution is the wall mounted 32 bay unit is extremely heavy and cumbersome to hang on the wall. We managed with some homegrown engineering but the manufacturer's hidden hanger holes that are built in are virtually inaccessible without being required to remove mounted electronics inside. Some of my facilities folks created a backboard and utilized heavy L-brackets to secure the locker to the backboard, which was then used to lag the locker to the masonry wall. Once the backboard was finished and painted, and the unit mounted to the wall, it looks great. This is an excellent product that needs a slight refinement to the mounting system. A-
As a law enforcement agency, we created a distraction policy to restrict personal cellular telephones from entering our secure facility. We needed to provide a safe and secure location for our employees to store their electronic devices outside the secure area while they are in the secure building(s). We purchased 6 charging lockers, with 4 of them being the 30 bay standing units, 1 of the 32 bay wall mounted units, and 1 small 6 bay locker. These lockers are very high quality and provide a secure charging area for their devices. The user interface is very modern and easy to use. Highly Recommended A+
We got this for the public library and when it arrived the most noticeable trait was the items quality. Sturdy and heavy duty all around. We are eager to see how it holds up to public use every day. So far so good!
I work for a municipal police department in Utah, and our detectives were struggling with keeping cell phones powered and secured while waiting for evidence they contained to be downloaded. The Guardian-6 fit our needs perfectly. Very easy to use. The only improvement would be to make the instruction manual more user friendly (regarding the admin password setup and location of admin button). It was a little difficult to follow, but after some deciphering, things went well. Would highly recommend.
Our lockers are about 5+ years old and have a lock no longer used in the new lockers. Chargetech found and shipped one, of the original equipment, so that all of our lockers could be keyed the same.
This saves us time on troubleshooting and maintaining the locker cables. Much appreciated.
This is a solid unit that adds value to our customer experience. I especially appreciate that broken cables can be swapped out as we’ve had other stations where that was not possible and it became a negative having a nonfunctioning cable. The purchase process was simple and the option for custom design was a great plus for us.

I ordered the replacement cables and they aren’t long enough to go through top guide holes and then lay in trays.
An excellent charging station. Works well on phone charging which i use it for 99% of the time. And for occasional plug in items.
I ordered this item (3 total) on Feb. 16 and received a shipping confirmation on Feb. 19 with an estimated arrival date of Feb. 25. As of March 11, I still do not have any of the items.
After two phones to the company, the order left California on March 9 and is in process to its destination, nearly a month after the initial order date.
The items may work great (hopefully), but I would expect better communication and service after spending a significant amount of money.
We are very happy with our station! I only docked a star because I was hoping that the custom branding would have been printed on the station itself.
