Bought this unit to run my Bi-PAP machine during power failure. The Bi-PAP instructions said to turn the humidifier, and the heated hose off to prolong operating time when on portable power, and I forgot. With all the heated accessories on, I still got Five hours before it was exhausted. And five hours is a good nights sleep, I expect I could have gottten eight hours easy, had I reduced the load per instructions. plus Unit can be recharged in car lighter socket. Very happy with performance. Company gives good service, second to none.

Although these units are very nice in appearance, there is concern that if an unsupervised toddler hung off of the front of it, the unit could tip over.
I requested a user manual over a month ago, and have taught myself to use this equipment due to the lack of any being provided. I have also asked that both of our units be placed on one login so I can send the same personalization to both at once and have not had resolution to that request either. Now, I cannot personalize one unit and I'm doubtful I will be able to edit the other.
These units are impressive in appearance, but with the lack of support, I have given a mediocre review as they are quite expensive.
I ordered cables for the check station. The cords you sent me have USB plug-ins on them.
I ordered it June 14th and received it July 25th. That seems ridiculous. The product itself seems fine, though it has not yet been installed.

I received the items that I needed and was able to restore our cabinet back to full working order.
As always, the representative was very fast providing the quote and shipping was right on time.

Bought the ChargeTech - 27,000mAh Portable AC Battery Pack off Amazon previously, and that device was better overall and easier to use than this 627 Power Station I recently purchased. -- 627 charging is limited compared to 27,000mAh Portable. 627 takes longer to charge. And the product took a LOT longer to receive because I purchased directly from the company, than when I purchased through Amazon. -- Overall, not satisfied with purchase and won't be buying any other products from this company.

Thank you for the review. We have upgraded our power banks with the latest 21700 lithium-ion battery technology that is in our 720-C, 720-S and 730-C series. It provides a denser battery with faster charging. The 627 is still a reliable option especially with the AC port. Please note we now use UPS for shipping so shipping times will be faster.
I purchased 1 first and after it arrived and worked so well every other dept. in the Hospital wanted them so i bought 6 more and will be getting more. Thanks for the outstanding product.

We'd only had this for a few weeks when we charged a laptop with it. We used the large outlet but when we turned the switch the piece broke off! It was only the second time we had used it.

So far, we have been very pleased with the operation and comments from our customer. Some locations have put in an extra unit to accommodate their employees needs.
I almost exclusively shop online and receive packages every day. Most orders come within a few days it’s been two weeks and nothing showed up I have two giant batteries that are completely useless to me without the chargers.
