This is a solid unit that adds value to our customer experience. I especially appreciate that broken cables can be swapped out as we’ve had other stations where that was not possible and it became a negative having a nonfunctioning cable. The purchase process was simple and the option for custom design was a great plus for us.

I ordered the replacement cables and they aren’t long enough to go through top guide holes and then lay in trays.
An excellent charging station. Works well on phone charging which i use it for 99% of the time. And for occasional plug in items.
I ordered this item (3 total) on Feb. 16 and received a shipping confirmation on Feb. 19 with an estimated arrival date of Feb. 25. As of March 11, I still do not have any of the items.
After two phones to the company, the order left California on March 9 and is in process to its destination, nearly a month after the initial order date.
The items may work great (hopefully), but I would expect better communication and service after spending a significant amount of money.
We are very happy with our station! I only docked a star because I was hoping that the custom branding would have been printed on the station itself.

I’m using this to power a 15V Drum machine/ groove box. I was able to use it for about 3 hours on a flight and only used about 40%.
Plug it in and let patrons charge. So easy. And no one begs the staff to charge their phones!
I don't like to be negative, but I was not impressed with the custom branding. The image and lettering were not sharp. If this was because of an issue with the images I sent, they could have reached out to me for one of better quality. Some of the side labels have air bubbles and one of the corners is not sticking tight. Also, there was no indication on the top that there was a wireless charger available. I removed the top branding and cut a hole in it, so the charger was visible to users. The charging station itself works great.

Bought this unit to run my Bi-PAP machine during power failure. The Bi-PAP instructions said to turn the humidifier, and the heated hose off to prolong operating time when on portable power, and I forgot. With all the heated accessories on, I still got Five hours before it was exhausted. And five hours is a good nights sleep, I expect I could have gottten eight hours easy, had I reduced the load per instructions. plus Unit can be recharged in car lighter socket. Very happy with performance. Company gives good service, second to none.

Although these units are very nice in appearance, there is concern that if an unsupervised toddler hung off of the front of it, the unit could tip over.
I requested a user manual over a month ago, and have taught myself to use this equipment due to the lack of any being provided. I have also asked that both of our units be placed on one login so I can send the same personalization to both at once and have not had resolution to that request either. Now, I cannot personalize one unit and I'm doubtful I will be able to edit the other.
These units are impressive in appearance, but with the lack of support, I have given a mediocre review as they are quite expensive.
