Bought the ChargeTech - 27,000mAh Portable AC Battery Pack off Amazon previously, and that device was better overall and easier to use than this 627 Power Station I recently purchased. -- 627 charging is limited compared to 27,000mAh Portable. 627 takes longer to charge. And the product took a LOT longer to receive because I purchased directly from the company, than when I purchased through Amazon. -- Overall, not satisfied with purchase and won't be buying any other products from this company.

We'd only had this for a few weeks when we charged a laptop with it. We used the large outlet but when we turned the switch the piece broke off! It was only the second time we had used it.
So far, we have been very pleased with the operation and comments from our customer. Some locations have put in an extra unit to accommodate their employees needs.
I almost exclusively shop online and receive packages every day. Most orders come within a few days it’s been two weeks and nothing showed up I have two giant batteries that are completely useless to me without the chargers.

We found a way to update our charge station with USB 'C' cables. The fix was easy with the video supplied by support. Thank you, ChargeTech. We have 3 more cables that we may swap next time!

Nobody should live without this. I have the largest model and the TSA never checks to see the capacity. It’s not that much more.
This cord is great it has three each of the three main cord plug types out there currently plus a USB port if someone has their own cord and wants to use that instead. I use this mainly with rideshare and it's by far the best cord I've found for use with that. It doesn't have a fancy gimmick that riders can break as long as you personally hand it to riders and get it back at the end of each ride to prevent it hanging out of your car because the cord is long which makes an absent rider possible to leave it hanging out of your car but also enables the rider to have a loose cord with their phone in hand and etc. I would highly recommend this cord to anyone who is looking for something like this. It's good to be have available for parties, rideshare and if you just have a lot of devices you need to plug in at once. Well worth the money spent on it.
